We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to support our client's ambitious digital transformation programme. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of a large and complex organisation by driving strategic IT initiatives, improving governance, and enabling the delivery of innovative digital solutions. Working within a transformation office, you'll play a central role in designing new ways of working, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and supporting the creation of a collaborative digital delivery model.

The Role

As Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading strategic transformation initiatives and ensuring alignment across multiple business and IT stakeholders. Your key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with a wide range of internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and co-creation.
• Defining and maintaining strategic roadmaps that provide clear visibility of short-, medium-, and long-term initiatives.
• Coordinating multiple projects and ensuring alignment with existing systems, business priorities, and enterprise architecture.
• Managing dependencies between teams and initiatives to mitigate risks and prevent delivery bottlenecks.
• Establishing governance frameworks, performance indicators, and executive reporting to monitor programme progress.
• Identifying and managing programme risks while implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Modelling and optimising business processes to support collaborative IT delivery and portfolio planning.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, governance, and digital transformation.

Your Profile

We're looking for a strategic leader with strong programme management experience and a proven ability to deliver complex transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale digital transformation programmes within complex organisations, ideally in the public sector.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process modelling.
• Proven expertise in programme and project governance, portfolio management, and strategic roadmap development.
• Solid experience with change management and stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and process optimisation.
• Experience delivering digital platforms, web portals, or enterprise solutions serving large user communities, including CRM and ERP environments.
• Strong people management, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders around common objectives.
• Experience working as a Product Owner or in a closely related role is considered a strong asset.
