Project & Customer Support Coordinator
Function
Our client is looking for a proactive and well-organised professional to support a large-scale transition involving many external stakeholders. In this assignment, you will guide offices through a structured process, keep cases moving, and ensure questions, actions and follow-up are handled smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
You will act as the central point of contact for offices participating in the transition and combine customer communication with administrative coordination. Your work will focus on keeping each case on track and making sure nothing is left unattended.
- Proactively contact offices by phone and email and guide them through the different steps of the process.
- Explain clearly what is expected and help stakeholders understand the next actions to take.
- Handle practical questions and route more technical matters to the appropriate experts.
- Encourage offices to register, respond and place orders within the expected timeframe.
- Follow up on each case from registration through quotation, missing information, order and installation.
- Chase outstanding quotations, missing details or cases that are not progressing.
- Maintain an accurate overview of all open cases and their status in Excel.
- Take initiative to identify offices that require follow-up, without waiting to be prompted.
- Coordinate with the internal project team and external partners involved in the rollout.
- Escalate recurring questions, blockers and issues to the project team.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building trust and moving processes forward in a structured way. You should feel comfortable dealing with different stakeholders and be able to combine persistence with a professional and customer-oriented approach.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer support, service desk, project support, project coordination or a similar role with regular customer contact and follow-up.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable following up by phone and email.
- Able to persuade and motivate others in a positive and professional manner.
- Independent, initiative-driven and able to see tasks through to completion.
- Well organised and capable of managing multiple cases at the same time.
- Comfortable working with Excel and Office 365.
Technical Skills
This is not a highly technical role, but you will work on a process linked to internet connectivity and network-related topics. A basic interest in IT or telecommunications will help you feel comfortable in the assignment.
- Good command of Excel for case tracking and follow-up.
- Working knowledge of Office 365.
- Ability to quickly understand new concepts and ask the right questions when needed.
- Confidence in handling practical and administrative follow-up around a structured rollout process.
Practical Information
This assignment is based in Brussels with a hybrid working model of 40% office presence and 60% homeworking. The selection process consists of two interview rounds, including one online interview and one on-site interview.
- Language requirements: very good Dutch and French, both spoken and written, and good working English.
