Project Lead Business

Function

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Consultant to join our client’s team and play a key role in delivering business and technology solutions from initial requirements through to implementation. You’ll be involved from the very beginning of projects, helping stakeholders define the current and future state of business processes, translating business needs into practical solutions, and ensuring that the final implementation remains aligned with the agreed objectives.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions to gather information, clarify requirements, and map existing and future business processes.
• Define and document current-state and future-state processes, taking the chosen technology and implementation context into account.
• Prepare the functional documentation and project deliverables required to clearly define the solution and enable the development team to implement it effectively.
• Structure and coordinate the work of the development team, ensuring that requirements and expected outcomes are clearly understood.
• Follow up on project objectives, deliverables, quality, timelines, and budget, and proactively identify and communicate risks or issues.
• Act as a central point of communication within the project, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, decisions, dependencies, and potential challenges.
• Analyse proposed solutions, explain their impact to stakeholders, and provide well-founded recommendations.
• Ensure that the implemented solution remains consistent with the business requirements and processes agreed upon with stakeholders.
• Assess whether proposed solutions can be effectively integrated into the client’s existing technical environment, processes, and ways of working.

Profile

You are a strong communicator and facilitator who can bring different stakeholders together and turn complex or abstract business concepts into clear, actionable solutions. You combine analytical thinking with a pragmatic, cross-functional mindset and are comfortable challenging assumptions and advising stakeholders based on your expertise.
