Function
As a Project Leader, you will oversee and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will act as the main point of contact between stakeholders, team members, and management, driving project objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans to address challenges.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and organizational policies.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage innovation and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in managing projects of varying complexity.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
