We're looking for a skilled individual to join our client's dynamic team, with a strong focus on managing medium to large-scale IT projects. This role requires a blend of technical prowess and excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering user requirements and leading functional analyses to build robust IT applications that support crucial data-driven processes.

• Coordinate the setup of robust IT applications covering data input/output, storage, traceability, user interface, and reporting.
• Organize project workflows and contribute to operational setup.
• Gather and document user requirements, ensuring thorough functional analysis.
• Oversee the design and improvement of processes and applications.
• Describe test scenarios and collaborate on test execution with relevant teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and communicate progress to involved parties efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess a structured, proactive approach, along with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. A solid team player who is quality-driven, they should be motivated to engage with both Business and IT divisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic SQL querying is essential, and familiarity with insurance or finance processes will be considered an advantage.

• Experience in project leadership and business/functional analysis.
• Proven ability in user requirements analysis and IT solution design for medium-scale projects.
• Understanding of development life cycles and agile project methodologies.

• Knowledge of business architecture principles.

• University Graduate or Professional Bachelor’s degree.

Fluency in English and Dutch is required to ensure effective collaboration across diverse teams.
