We're looking for a PMO Officer to join our client's team and support a large-scale organizational transformation focused on strengthening portfolio, programme, project, and product management (PPM). As part of a central PMO, you will help implement and enhance governance frameworks, methodologies, and digital tools that improve strategic alignment, project delivery, and operational efficiency across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a PMO professional who enjoys combining process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and project support in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a PMO Officer, you will:

  • Support the development and continuous improvement of PPM methodologies, processes, templates, and governance frameworks, drawing on established project management standards such as PRINCE2.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials and initiatives to promote consistent project practices.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze project and portfolio data, contributing to dashboards, reporting, and portfolio prioritization activities.
  • Participate in the implementation and enhancement of digital PPM solutions, translating business needs into practical tool improvements and supporting end users.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of collaboration platforms and complementary solutions.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, governance sessions, and portfolio meetings while supporting the preparation of steering and follow-up committees.
  • Guide teams in adopting new ways of working and contribute to communication and change management initiatives.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent level of education.
  • Proven experience in a PMO, project management, or portfolio support role at a medior level.
  • Practical experience with project reporting, workshop facilitation, and portfolio management practices.
  • Experience working within large and complex organizations, ideally with more than 1,000 employees.
  • Experience in the public sector, preferably in a highly regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks, including PRINCE2 principles.
  • Experience supporting the selection, implementation, or optimization of digital PPM solutions and collaboration platforms.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, combined with a structured and quality-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Professional proficiency in French, Dutch, and English (minimum C1 level for all three languages).
