Project Manager

Function

We're looking for a project manager to join our client's team, who will serve as the main point of contact for various projects. You will guide and advise the internal stakeholders in their decision-making processes and assist in prioritizing and planning efforts. Effective communication with all stakeholders is key, and you will work towards establishing a genuine partnership with the business.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and efficient realization of desired benefits alongside internal stakeholders. Essential features of this role include:

• Collaborating with the internal client to develop a robust business case for each project.
• Working closely with various stakeholders and teams to achieve optimal solutions while balancing added value, budget, timing, scope, and risks.
• Regular communications with all involved parties to keep everyone informed.
• Facilitating testing phases, feedback sessions, and retrospectives.
• Maintaining oversight of each project, coordinating the right resources, and fostering harmonious cooperation among stakeholders.
• Tracking projects end-to-end, addressing both business and IT aspects.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in project management. Additional qualifications include:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and prioritization.
• Ability to maintain composure under stress, handling strict deadlines effectively.
• Fluency in Dutch, English, and French is required.
