- A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, combined with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to manage pressure, mediate between stakeholders, and maintain constructive relationships throughout the delivery process.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with a focus on identifying root causes and resolving underlying issues.
- A user-oriented approach to decision-making and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Good understanding of information systems, enterprise architecture, business applications, application integration, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies, as well as software testing, validation, and acceptance processes.
- Familiarity with service-oriented and event-driven architectures.
- Experience using GitLab and collaboration or project management tools such as Jira, OpenProject, SharePoint, or Microsoft Teams.
- Previous experience in a law enforcement or judicial environment is a strong asset.
