We're seeking a knowledgeable professional to join our client's team and ensure the effective deployment of project management tools within their ecosystem. The focus will be on implementing solutions from a well-known software provider, which includes significant products essential for collaboration and project tracking.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be instrumental in achieving the following objectives:

• Finalize and coordinate the hypercare phase of the migration to a cloud-based project management tool.
• Lead change management initiatives for users adapting to new standardized processes and features.
• Establish effective governance for time logging to monitor operational and project costs using relevant plugins.
• Define governance in collaboration with the PMO to facilitate simple and efficient project management.
• Assess and assist in selecting project portfolio management tools.
• Deploy solutions for requirements gathering and testing in alignment with developer teams.
• Promote the integration of project management solutions with collaborative tools.
• Organize project governance structures including communication and budget tracking.
• Develop an organizational model for sustainable management post-project completion.

Technical Skills

The successful candidate will possess relevant experience in the following areas:

• Extensive knowledge of project management tools and documentation systems.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools, including but not limited to modern frameworks.
• Proficiency in reporting tools.
• A strong Agile mindset as well as project management capabilities in both Agile and traditional contexts.

Fluent in English and Dutch is required, with additional proficiency in French preferred. Candidates will be assessed on their knowledge of project contexts, experience with tool optimization projects, and overall project management skills.
