Join a High-Impact Information Security Project as a Project Manager
We're looking for an experienced Information Security Project Manager to join our client's forward-thinking IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on security-focused projects from the ground up — working through the full project lifecycle from feasibility studies to deployment. If you're passionate about managing complex IT security initiatives in a dynamic and collaborative setting, this role is for you.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As the driving force behind critical security projects, you will:

  • Oversee project delivery from analysis to implementation, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and technical standards

  • Define and structure project governance by identifying key stakeholders, internal experts, and external partners

  • Lead the creation of project documentation including charters, specifications, and vendor proposals

  • Coordinate all execution phases: functional/technical analysis, development follow-up, testing, deployment, and change management

  • Ensure operational readiness through production planning, training coordination, and stakeholder alignment

  • Regularly report on project health, progress, and budget performance to leadership

  • Summarize and present updates in internal team meetings and decision-making forums

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of leadership, project expertise, and security know-how. Your profile should include:

  • Senior-level experience in IT and Digital Project Management, ideally with a focus on Information Security

  • Solid command of MS Project and project governance tools

  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or similar platforms

  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and external vendors in a structured, deadline-driven environment

Bonus Points If You Have...

  • Experience operating within large-scale enterprise or regulated industries

  • Familiarity with operational technology (OT) environments

  • Previous involvement in infrastructure or cybersecurity initiatives

  • Insight into the transportation sector or similar public-facing environments

  • Flexibility to work onsite three days per week in a hybrid work setting
