Join a High-Impact Information Security Project as a Project Manager
We're looking for an experienced Information Security Project Manager to join our client's forward-thinking IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on security-focused projects from the ground up — working through the full project lifecycle from feasibility studies to deployment. Your Role & Responsibilities
As the driving force behind critical security projects, you will:

Oversee project delivery from analysis to implementation, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and technical standards

Define and structure project governance by identifying key stakeholders, internal experts, and external partners

Lead the creation of project documentation including charters, specifications, and vendor proposals

Coordinate all execution phases: functional/technical analysis, development follow-up, testing, deployment, and change management

Ensure operational readiness through production planning, training coordination, and stakeholder alignment

Regularly report on project health, progress, and budget performance to leadership

Summarize and present updates in internal team meetings and decision-making forums
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of leadership, project expertise, and security know-how. Your profile should include:

Senior-level experience in IT and Digital Project Management, ideally with a focus on Information Security

Solid command of MS Project and project governance tools

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or similar platforms

Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and external vendors in a structured, deadline-driven environment
Bonus Points If You Have...

Experience operating within large-scale enterprise or regulated industries

Familiarity with operational technology (OT) environments

Previous involvement in infrastructure or cybersecurity initiatives
