We’re looking for a skilled Data & Integration Consultant to support our client’s large-scale digital transformation environment. In this role, you will contribute to strategic enterprise initiatives by coordinating data-related activities across multiple projects, with a strong focus on data architecture, data quality, and system integration. The Role

As a Data & Integration Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring the consistency, reliability, and smooth integration of data across critical business applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders, ICT teams, and external partners to support migration activities, release readiness, and cross-project alignment while helping maintain high standards in data governance and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate data architecture activities, including data models, integrations, and data flows
• Improve data quality by ensuring consistency, completeness, and reliability across systems
• Assess and manage data impacts linked to migrations, deployments, and releases
• Facilitate alignment between business teams, technical stakeholders, and external vendors
• Manage data dependencies and integration points across multiple projects
• Support stable and controlled release management processes
• Contribute to governance reporting and project follow-up activities
• Assist in strengthening data management and coordination practices across the program landscape

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven ICT experience with a strong focus on data architecture or data management
• Good understanding of data models, system integrations, and enterprise data flows
• Hands-on experience with data migration projects and data quality initiatives
• Analytical and structured mindset with strong coordination skills
• Comfortable working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience with data governance frameworks is considered a strong asset
• Previous exposure to public sector environments is a plus
• Familiarity with large-scale digital transformation programs is highly valued
