About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of key initiatives aimed at enhancing the integration and efficiency of internal systems and processes. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles—from planning and execution to delivery and evaluation—ensuring seamless onboarding experiences and customized solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively manage risks and issues.

Oversee inter-project dependencies and ensure system-wide integration.

Provide regular, accurate project reporting on scope, timelines, and budget adherence.

Conduct quality assurance and facilitate consultations aligned with best-practice methodologies.
Your Profile
We are seeking a senior-level project manager with the following qualifications:

A Master’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant project management experience.

Strong command of project management frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) and familiarity with service management practices (ITIL).

Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly in Personnel Management and Compensation. Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM or SAP HR is a plus.

Solid understanding of HR processes within a shared services or payroll environment.

Prior exposure to public sector HR or procurement processes is beneficial.
