Project Manager HR
Function
We're looking for a skilled professional to join our client's team, focusing on managing key projects that add value to the HR function. The role involves overseeing the implementation of software tools that enhance employee experience and streamline HR processes.
Your Assignment
In this position, you will take charge of managing HR project(s) from inception to execution, ensuring they align with stakeholders' expectations and are delivered efficiently. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Overseeing project scope, budget, and planning.
- Developing change measures to track project evolution and ensure cost-effective delivery of outcomes.
- Building strong relationships with all stakeholders, including partners and internal project members.
- Maintaining clear agreements with project partners while ensuring follow-up on commitments and deliverables.
- Integrating various project aspects executed by different groups to ensure quality solutions.
- Participating in analysis workshops and documenting requirements in project blueprints.
- Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking testing progress, and addressing issues collaboratively.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of relevant project management experience, particularly in implementing HR software platforms. Key qualifications include:
- Familiarity with Human Resources environments and a keen interest in HR processes.
- Proficient knowledge of project management methodologies, practices, and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify dependencies, issues, and risks, and drive solutions.
- Ability to structure projects involving multiple partners, creating transparency through project overviews.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Fluency in English, Dutch, and French.
