Project Manager Infra

Function

• Manage all phases of multiple small to medium-sized projects, including requirement analysis, development, testing, pilot, training, implementation, and controlling phase.
• Responsible for managing scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources.
• Gather customer needs and translate them for internal stakeholders, building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
• Ensure procedures are followed within the established project management framework, with proper documentation.
• Monitor progress and customer satisfaction closely.
• Support and challenge internal teams to deliver best value for money.
• Supported by a quality manager, scrum masters, and line management.

Qualifications:

• BS or MA degree in Informatics, Business Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project and/or change management, with lean management experience preferred.
• Several years of experience in IT infrastructure settings, preferably high-available, high-risk environments.
• Positive and proactive personality with critical and analytical mindset.
• Highly adaptable, well-organized, and stress-resilient.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate stakeholder needs into appropriate solutions and negotiate effectively.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with good English skills; German is a plus.
