Project Manager Infra
Function
We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our client’s team and lead several high-impact security and infrastructure initiatives. The primary focus of this role is a critical tenant separation project that will lay the foundation for a future SECaaS2 implementation, ensuring a robust identity, access, and security architecture aligned with regulatory requirements.
Role & Responsibilities

Lead and complete the exit from a shared cloud tenant before the onboarding of SECaaS2, ensuring minimal disruption to users and services.

Detach all identities and technical dependencies from the shared tenant and transition them into a dedicated tenant environment.

Act as Project Manager for the SECaaS2 program on behalf of our client, coordinating closely with an external implementation partner.

Ensure the introduction of an integrated security and MDR platform that supports NIS2 requirements and future scalability.

Oversee or contribute to additional infrastructure and security projects such as network segmentation, MFA/IGA selection, SCCM-to-Intune migration, and data anonymization (final scope to be defined later).
Key Objectives

Establish a modern, scalable, and manageable security architecture aligned with a new identity structure.

Enable outsourced operational security services (detection, protection, monitoring, MDR) while retaining strategic control internally.

Improve regulatory compliance, including NIS2, through a dedicated tenant and mature security setup.
Profile & Experience
Project Management
-
10+ years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects.
-
10+ years of experience with PRINCE2 or an equivalent methodology.
-
4+ years of experience in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and reporting.
Security & Cloud
-
4+ years of experience with cloud tenant migrations or cloud introductions.

4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AD / Entra ID and identity architecture.

Basic knowledge of NIS2.
Network, Infrastructure & Data
-
Basic knowledge of network architecture, segmentation, and firewalling.

Basic understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).

Familiarity with endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune).

Basic knowledge of SAN environments.

2+ years of experience with GDPR concepts.

2+ years of experience in data anonymization or data classification.

Languages
