We’re looking for a senior consultant to join our client’s team and lead a portfolio of strategic infrastructure and security initiatives. This role is critical in enabling a transition toward a modern, compliant, and scalable security environment aligned with evolving cybersecurity and regulatory requirements. The first priority will be managing a complex identity and tenant separation program that lays the groundwork for the rollout of a new managed security platform delivered in collaboration with specialized external partners.

Role and responsibilities
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of key infrastructure and security programs, from preparation and planning to execution and delivery.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading a strategic tenant separation and identity architecture transformation project, ensuring minimal impact on users and business operations

• Managing the implementation of a managed security and detection platform delivered by an external provider

• Coordinating internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery

• Ensuring proper governance, reporting, risk management, and communication at both operational and executive levels

• Supporting or leading additional infrastructure and security projects, such as:

  • Network segmentation initiatives

  • Identity and access management improvements, including MFA and IGA solutions

  • Endpoint management modernization and platform transitions

  • Data protection, classification, and anonymization projects

Technical scope and environment
This position focuses on strengthening our client’s security posture through improvements in identity, cloud, and infrastructure architecture.

Relevant areas include:

• Cloud identity platforms such as Microsoft Azure AD / Entra ID and tenant architectures

• Cloud and tenant migration programs

• Managed security services, including monitoring, detection, and response

• Enterprise infrastructure, including networking, virtualization, and endpoint management

• Data protection and privacy practices aligned with modern compliance standards

Profile and experience
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in enterprise infrastructure and security projects.

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects

• Minimum 10 years of experience with structured project management methodologies such as Prince2 or equivalent

• At least 4 years of experience in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and executive reporting

• Minimum 4 years of experience with cloud environments and tenant or identity migration projects

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD / Entra ID and identity architecture

• Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, virtualization, and endpoint management

• Experience with GDPR-related concepts and data classification or anonymization is an advantage

• Familiarity with modern cybersecurity and compliance frameworks is considered a plus
