Project Manager Infrastructure

We’re looking for a Project Manager – IT Infrastructure to join our client’s dynamic technology team. In this role, you’ll drive strategic projects focused on designing, adapting, and deploying infrastructure solutions that power and support complex information systems. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and business, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with long-term operational goals.

Role & Responsibilities

As the Project Manager IT Infrastructure, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle — from initiation through delivery and transition to operations. Your key responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating all project activities while maintaining strong alignment with stakeholders

• Defining project scope, deliverables, schedules, and budgets

• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues

• Managing change requests and evaluating their impact on scope, cost, and timelines

• Ensuring smooth knowledge transfer to operational teams to support business continuity after project delivery

• Contributing to the ongoing evolution and transformation of IT and OT infrastructures in collaboration with production and operations teams

Your Profile

You are an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong technical background and a proven ability to deliver complex infrastructure projects in demanding environments. You combine a structured project management mindset with hands-on technical understanding and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management

• Certifications: ITIL (min. V3) and Project Management (Prince2 or PMI)

• Experience working in Agile environments and/or as a Scrum Master

• Previous experience within a Distribution Network Operator (DNO) or a similar infrastructure-intensive organization

• Fluent in English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written)

• Proven experience with:

  • End-to-end monitoring services implementation

  • Citrix migration to Published Applications & Packaging

  • MuleSoft implementations

  • Cohesity backup solutions

  • Geographic Information Systems (GIS) implementations

  • Splunk deployment and configuration

• Strong experience with RFI/RFP processes and vendor or partner management
