Project Manager Infrastructure

We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our client's team for a long-term assignment focused on a large-scale transformation program. This strategic initiative plays a key role in the modernization of critical IT systems that support thousands of end users on a daily basis. The ideal candidate enjoys complex challenges and combines strategic vision with strong execution capabilities to deliver impactful results across the organization.

Responsibilities

As IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and managing a clear and realistic project roadmap, providing a comprehensive view of the overall program;
• Prioritizing operational activities and coordinating the execution of key initiatives to ensure resources are focused on the most critical objectives;
• Identifying and anticipating project risks, including delays, budget constraints and resource limitations, and communicating them effectively to senior management;
• Coordinating dependencies between multiple teams and facilitating change management by translating strategic objectives into tangible actions;
• Establishing strong governance practices by bringing together the right stakeholders to support decision-making and regularly reporting on project progress and strategic milestones;
• Collaborating closely with technical teams, removing obstacles and improving efficiency to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Technical Profile

The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of project leadership, technical understanding and stakeholder management skills, including:

• Extensive experience in IT project management within complex environments;
• Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies;
• Strong expertise in business analysis and requirements management;
• Proven experience in change management initiatives;
• Experience with large-scale modernization programs and legacy system migrations;
• Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture;
• Experience in people management and cross-functional team coordination;
• Previous exposure to the public sector is considered an asset.
