We're looking for a skilled professional to join our client's team, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing processes. This specialized software aids in essential operations, providing insightful knowledge regarding target demographics while minimizing tedious administrative tasks for colleagues. Your mission will be to make these processes increasingly efficient, user-friendly, and flexible to address future challenges.

Responsibilities and Role

As a key player in our client's operations, you will leverage your extensive experience in managing IT projects, employing methodologies such as Agile and SCRUM. You'll be involved in:

• Developing business and operations models that effectively streamline workflows.
• Utilizing Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) to enhance process visualization and understanding.
• Implementing project management best practices, including the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ensure successful delivery.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in the following areas:

• Agile methodologies and project management frameworks, particularly SCRUM.
• Business and Operations modeling to align IT solutions with business objectives.
• Proficient in IT project management with a strong track record of success.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2 is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is an additional advantage.
