Project Manager ITSM

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – IT Projects to support and drive the delivery of key IT initiatives, with immediate focus on ITSM and CMDB‑related projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects, operating with a high level of autonomy and applying our Honda Project Methodology as documented. This role requires a hands‑on, self‑reliant project manager who is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and delivery teams in a complex IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met
• Apply and adhere to governance, documentation, reporting, and delivery standards
• Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate requirements into clear delivery plans
• Manage project teams, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise standards and long‑term IT strategy

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience delivering IT projects, ideally in an enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and CMDB‑driven initiatives
• Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) is a strong asset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability
• Comfortable working in parallel on multiple initiatives
