Project Manager Migration SAP ECC

We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team, someone who can oversee and drive multiple IT transformation projects, particularly in the ERP domain. This role entails managing the transition from the current ERP system to a new solution, as well as handling various strategic projects while ensuring compliance with specific standards. The ideal candidate will utilize a diverse technology stack and play a pivotal role in transforming business processes through IT.

The selected consultant will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks, including:

• Leading the transformation from the current SAP ERP to a new system, which involves:
• Defining and managing the public procurement process for selecting the future ERP solution and implementation partner.
• Overseeing the project to ensure a smooth migration and transition to the new ERP system.
• Identifying and supporting key user needs across various strategic projects.
• Monitoring project scope, schedules, resources, and budgets, while effectively managing risks and issues.
• Implementing detailed test management based on established methodologies.
• Coordinating change management efforts in collaboration with business units to ensure proper end-user training.
• Supporting the PMO with systematic project follow-ups, capacity management, and adherence to deadlines and budgets.
• Establishing project governance aligned with expectations and utilizing tracking tools like Jira and TOPdesk.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale IT transformation projects, especially ERP transitions.
• Strong expertise in Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and familiarity with IT project management frameworks, such as PRINCE2, Agile, and Scrum.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S4 Hana, with substantial experience using M365 solutions like SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
• Exceptional test management capabilities.
• Fluency in English and Dutch, with proficiency in French being advantageous.
