We're looking for a consultant to join our client's team, playing a crucial role in overseeing a transformative digital initiative. This position requires a proactive individual who can define project vision, manage communications, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams effectively to drive success.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Defining the medium- and long-term vision and roadmap for the digital initiative.
• Managing reporting and communication plans, including project updates, financial reporting support, and communication strategies.
• Serving as the primary communication link among project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Coordinating collaboration among various teams, including data management, development, and cybersecurity.
• Tracking project progress against key milestones to ensure deliverables are met within scope and budget.
• Facilitating technology integration, ensuring that data flows seamlessly across all components.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking someone with the following proficiency and skills:

• Experience with data collection standards, storage compliance, and pipeline development using Azure services.
• Ability to define roles, responsibilities, and performance indicators clearly.
• Expertise in change management and the capability to articulate complex concepts in layman's terms.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies associated with digital twin solutions.
• Familiarity with performance management, KPI development, and technical quality assurance.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should also possess a robust technical skill set, including:

• Agile Methodologies
• AI Strategy
• Programming skills in languages such as C#, C++, Python, Java, and JavaScript
• Experience with Data Governance, Digital Twin technologies, and GIS
• Competence in using tools such as Power BI for performance management

Language Requirements

Fluency in English and Dutch is required, with proficiency in French being a plus. Candidates should have the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and translate complex technical information into clear messaging.
