We’re looking for a Project Manager Consultant to join our client’s organization and lead strategic projects within their operational environment. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects that support organizational transformation, infrastructure improvements, and technological innovation. The focus is on ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, within scope, time, budget, and regulatory frameworks, while supporting the successful adoption of change across the organization.
Role & Responsibilities
As Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of projects, from initial analysis to final delivery and operational integration. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning, organizing, and leading projects to ensure successful delivery within defined objectives, timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements
- Developing project plans and coordinating the necessary studies, technical analyses, and solution concepts
- Managing project execution, delivery, and commissioning of infrastructure, systems, or technical solutions with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
- Coordinating project teams, defining required competencies, and supporting internal and external team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Motivating project teams and continuously monitoring and adjusting project planning and resources
- Identifying risks and issues during different project phases and driving mitigation strategies
- Acting as the main point of contact for stakeholders and ensuring clear communication on progress, planning, financial aspects, and results
- Aligning closely with the PMO and escalating issues when necessary
Project Governance & Collaboration
- Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, including technical documentation, procedures, and administrative follow-up
- Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and internal governance frameworks
- Developing and maintaining procedures and operational instructions related to systems and installations
- Managing stakeholder communication and facilitating collaboration across teams, steering committees, and end users
- Integrating change management within projects to ensure organizational adoption and support of new solutions
- Communicating project impacts and changes clearly across the organization
Procurement & Continuous Improvement
- Acting as a responsible authority in the context of public procurement processes and ensuring compliance with procurement regulations
- Managing contracts with suppliers and contractors and monitoring the execution of contractual agreements
- Evaluating and proposing improvements to infrastructure, systems, or operational processes
- Collaborating with technical experts to identify and implement the most appropriate technologies
- Ensuring that new technologies or methods are successfully integrated and adopted within the organization
Profile – The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience managing complex projects involving infrastructure, systems, or organizational transformation
- Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management, and risk management
- Experience working in structured environments with governance frameworks and PMO collaboration
- Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge inputs from different experts and translate them into coherent project outcomes
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a results-driven approach
