We’re looking for an experienced ICT Project & Infrastructure Manager to join our client’s technology team and play a key role in supporting and optimizing critical business operations. In this position, you will be responsible for managing ICT applications and/or infrastructure environments, ensuring reliable, secure, and future-proof IT services across the organization. You will work on a broad range of projects involving enterprise applications, server environments, networks, security, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

The Role

As ICT Project & Infrastructure Manager, you will lead ICT projects and studies from analysis through implementation and operational follow-up. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality and cost-efficient solutions aligned with business needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing ICT projects related to business applications, infrastructure environments, servers, networks, and external connectivity solutions
• Defining project scope, preparing project proposals and charters, and managing planning, timelines, and delivery milestones
• Coordinating project activities and supporting project team members throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Acting as a functional lead for project teams while ensuring strong collaboration between business and IT stakeholders
• Analyzing current and future business needs and translating them into ICT solutions and improvement initiatives
• Conducting functional and technical analyses to support decision-making and solution design
• Evaluating market trends, technologies, vendors, and external partners to identify innovative and value-driven solutions
• Managing operational maintenance activities, upgrades, and lifecycle management for ICT applications and infrastructure
• Monitoring incidents, analyzing security reports, and supporting the implementation of security measures such as firewall solutions
• Identifying operational improvements and coordinating corrective or enhancement actions together with ICT teams
• Maintaining and improving ICT documentation, inventories, procedures, process flows, and technical guidelines
• Supporting knowledge transfer and training activities for ICT colleagues and operational teams

Ideal Candidate

Our client is looking for a hands-on ICT professional with strong project management capabilities and broad technical understanding across applications and infrastructure domains. You combine analytical thinking with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate brings:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in ICT project management, infrastructure management, or enterprise application environments
• Experience managing ICT projects from analysis through implementation and operational support
• Solid understanding of enterprise ICT infrastructure, including servers, networking, security, and business applications
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical ICT solutions
• Experience with ICT governance, documentation, process management, and operational follow-up
• Knowledge of security concepts, infrastructure maintenance, and system lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within broader ICT teams
