Function

We’re looking for an experienced and driven ITSM Project Manager to join our client’s organization and take the lead in delivering a key IT Service Management initiative. In this role, you will act as the bridge between IT, the business, and external partners, ensuring that service processes are aligned with strategic objectives and industry best practices. You will own the project from refinement of the initial concept through to successful delivery, working in an agile environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the ITSM project end-to-end using agile principles, in line with our client’s project governance framework.

  • Ensure that ITIL best practices are consistently considered and embedded in the design and implementation of ITSM processes.

  • Collaborate closely with business analysts to understand and translate customer and stakeholder needs into actionable project outcomes.

  • Refine the already approved project proposal, further defining scope, approach, planning, budget, and risks.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage scope within Azure DevOps, and use agile methods to track progress and delivery.

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, maintain the backlog, and produce required project lifecycle documentation.

  • Communicate proactively with the project team, external partners, and project sponsors, and report progress to the PMO, steering committee, and other stakeholders.

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the project, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Profile

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager within an ITSM environment.

  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and service management processes.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly Agile.

  • Demonstrable understanding of ITIL frameworks and principles.
