Responsibilities and Role

The position will focus on enhancing our client's AI platform, ensuring smooth communication between internal agents. Collaboratively, you will be involved in creating a robust energy infrastructure amid ongoing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality code, adhering to established standards, and taking proactive steps to drive improvements within the team.

Technical Skills and Tasks

The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in the following technologies:

• Backend:
  • Python and FASTAPI
  • Service and API development
  • Queues and Messaging (RabbitMQ)
  • Database development (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy)
  • Security Protocols (SAML, Oauth, EntraId)
  • Testing frameworks (Pytest)
• Frontend:
  • React, Javascript, CSS
  • UI Development, NX for MicroFrontend
  • Micro-services architecture knowledge is a plus
• AI Knowledge:
  • MCP/A2A, LangChain, LangGraph, Co-Pilot
• DevOps Techniques:
  • Containerization and Cloud Technologies (Kubernetes)
  • CI/CD practices (Azure DevOps, ArgoCD)

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and have a team-oriented mindset. They will be proactive in bringing new ideas to the table and accountable for completing their tasks. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, is essential. A good command of English and Dutch is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

The work location is in Brussels, with a standard telecommuting policy allowing for two days a week at the office, while the flexibility to adapt to changing project demands will be crucial.
