Our client is looking for a senior Document Automation Consultant to support their digital transformation initiatives within the manufacturing sector.
Role Overview
The consultant will focus on migrating existing customer purchase order learning instances from Automation Anywhere IQBOT to Automation Anywhere Document Automation. The work involves configuring, testing, and fine-tuning document automation workflows based on pre-existing IQBOT learning instances. Close collaboration with business stakeholders is required to validate results and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize document automation workflows using Automation Anywhere Document Automation.
- Validate and fine-tune migrated workflows with input from business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business teams to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve document processing issues to maintain production-grade quality.
- Maintain structured documentation and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with Automation Anywhere Document Automation, ideally with purchase order scanning workflows.
- Solid understanding of Automation Anywhere IQBOT and migration of learning instances.
- Familiarity with order intake or document processing workflows is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and evolving environment.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Team-oriented, structured, and capable of managing multiple priorities under stress.
Ideal Candidate
- 2–3+ years of experience in Automation Anywhere Document Automation or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience in document automation migration projects.
- Comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders and validating production workflows.
Practical Information
- Location: Ghent, Belgium (or negotiable)
- Work regime: 100% (5 days/week) or 80% (4 days/week), maximum 2 days remote per week.
