SAP Ariba Technical & Functional Specialist

We’re looking for a SAP Ariba technico-functional specialist to join our client’s team and contribute to a large-scale digital transformation program. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant who enjoys working across both functional and technical domains and wants to play a key part in redesigning procurement and supply chain integrations within an enterprise environment.

The Role
You will support and enhance existing SAP Ariba solutions while actively contributing to a transformation project involving the implementation of SAP S/4HANA in a greenfield setup. A major focus will be on rebuilding the integrations between SAP Ariba and S/4HANA. You will participate in design workshops, define interface mappings, collaborate with implementation partners, and support testing activities. In parallel, you will manage complex change requests on the current solution and ensure continuity of service.

Your responsibilities include:

• Participating in technico-functional workshops across Source-to-Pay and Supply Chain domains

• Redesigning and implementing integrations between SAP Ariba and S/4HANA

• Performing mapping and configuration using SAP CIG

• Supporting functional and technical testing activities

• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners during implementation

• Documenting solutions and transferring knowledge to internal teams

• Managing complex change requests on live solutions

The Ideal Candidate
You are a senior SAP Ariba expert with a strong integration focus and the ability to operate in complex environments. You enjoy working collaboratively and can easily switch between hands-on technical work and functional discussions with stakeholders.

Your profile includes:

• More than 8 years of technico-functional experience in SAP Ariba

• Expertise in at least two SAP Ariba modules, such as Supply Chain Collaboration and Sourcing & Contracts

• Solid experience with SAP CIG and integrations with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA

• Functional knowledge of SAP Ariba SLP and Guided Buying is a plus

• Proven experience designing and implementing complex interfaces in enterprise environments

• Experience in highly regulated or public-sector environments is an advantage

• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or Xray is a plus

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
