SAP Ariba Technico-Functional Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Technico-Functional Specialist to join our client’s team and contribute to an ongoing digital transformation initiative. This role involves managing complex change requests and supporting the implementation and optimization of integrated SAP Ariba and SAP ERP solutions. You will play a vital part in ensuring smooth integration between SAP Ariba and the evolving S/4HANA landscape, collaborating closely with project teams to deliver robust and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in technical and functional design workshops for Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes to redefine interfaces between SAP Ariba and S/4HANA.

• Develop and maintain interface mappings in SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and handle complex technical developments.

• Conduct testing activities in collaboration with functional and implementation teams to ensure successful integration and data consistency.

• Support knowledge transfer and documentation for internal technical teams to ensure long-term sustainability of the implemented solutions.

The Ideal Profile

• Strong technico-functional expertise in at least two SAP Ariba modules such as Supply Chain Collaboration, Sourcing, or Contracts (8+ years of experience).

• Solid understanding of SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) and Guided Buying is an asset.

• Proven experience with SAP CIG and deep knowledge of Ariba integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA back-end systems.

• Familiarity with the design and implementation of complex interfaces in large enterprise or regulated environments.

• Prior exposure to public sector or transport-related projects is a plus.

• Working knowledge of ServiceNow and Jira/Xray is appreciated.

Conformity Criteria

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a technico-functional expert in SAP Ariba (SCC, Sourcing, and Contracts).

• Strong technical background in CIG integration and mapping with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.

• Broad understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
