SAP Business Analyst

We’re looking for a senior consultant to join our client’s SAP team and help shape finance-focused transformation initiatives. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and SAP specialists, translating process needs into clear requirements and scalable SAP solutions. It is a great fit for someone who combines strong analytical skills with hands-on SAP knowledge in complex ERP environments.

What you’ll do

• Lead business analysis activities within a SAP environment, with a strong focus on FI/CO
• Analyse and model business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation
• Gather, challenge and manage business requirements throughout the full ERP implementation lifecycle
• Support finance implementations in SAP S/4HANA
• Contribute to business process management (BPM) and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate financial and operational needs into workable SAP solutions
• Support and assess integrations across SAP modules, especially where finance processes are involved

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a SAP environment
• At least 5 years of senior-level experience with SAP FI/CO
• Strong background in process analysis, process modelling, requirements analysis and requirements management
• Solid understanding of the lifecycle of ERP implementation projects
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA finance implementations
• Added value if you also bring experience with ABAP reading and debugging, FI-SD integration, SD-MM integration, FM, SAP authorisations, and S/4HANA on-premise or private cloud
