SAP CRM Business Partner Specialist
Function
We’re looking for a consultant to join our client’s team and contribute to the evolution of their customer and business partner management landscape. In this role, you will support the maintenance and optimization of the current SAP CRM environment while playing an important role in the transition toward a modern SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based ecosystem. You will collaborate with functional teams, technical experts, and implementation partners to ensure strong data governance, seamless system integration, and a successful migration of business partner processes.
Role & Responsibilities
As SAP CRM Business Partner Specialist, you will combine application support with involvement in strategic transformation initiatives.

Support and optimize processes related to the creation and maintenance of B2C and B2B customer data within SAP CRM.

Ensure the proper use of external identifiers for functional processes across sales and service domains.

Contribute to GDPR compliance and ensure proper data governance practices within the SAP landscape.

Manage data quality initiatives, including the identification and resolution of duplicate records.

Support integrations between SAP CRM and other SAP and non-SAP systems.

Provide functional and technical application support, including incident resolution and service request management.

Analyze issues and change requests, propose solutions, and prepare functional and technical specifications.

Perform configuration and customization activities within the SAP CRM environment.

Contribute to migration initiatives toward SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and SAP S/4HANA solutions.

Support data migration and validation activities as part of the transformation program.

Help establish synchronization mechanisms between legacy and new systems during parallel run phases.

Collaborate with project teams and implementation partners during system transformation initiatives.
Profile & Experience
Our client is looking for a consultant with strong SAP CRM expertise and experience managing Business Partner data and integrations.

Hands-on experience with SAP CRM within the past 3 years.

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA within the past 3 years.

Proven experience setting up and managing SAP Business Partner structures in at least one full project lifecycle.

Minimum 3 years of experience in application maintenance or support environments.

Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules such as Sales, Service, and Marketing.

Experience with CRM Web UI (CRM 7.0) configuration and customization.

Solid understanding of the SAP Business Partner concept in CRM and/or S/4HANA environments.

Experience with SAP integrations via SAP PI or SAP CPI.

Understanding of ABAP and the ability to perform debugging activities.

Experience with SAP OData services and Fiori design is considered a plus.

Knowledge of Customer Vendor Integration (CVI) and SAP ILM is an advantage.

Experience integrating Business Partner data with other systems is a plus.
The Ideal Candidate

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

Experience working in application maintenance environments, potentially including collaboration with offshore teams.

Familiarity with Agile or sprint-based delivery models is an advantage.

Experience with Business Partner migration from SAP CRM to SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus.

Knowledge of GDPR-related processes in SAP environments is beneficial.

Experience with tools such as ServiceNow or Jira is considered a plus.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.

Proactive team player who can also work independently and promote strong data governance practices.

Fluent in English (minimum C1) and proficient in at least one national language (Dutch or French at minimum B2).

Availability to work on-site in Brussels approximately two days per week is considered an advantage.
