Join a forward-thinking digital transformation initiative focused on customer identity and access management.
We’re looking for an SAP CDC Local Specialist to join our client’s team and play a hands-on role in evolving and supporting their SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) landscape. You will contribute to the expansion of CIAM capabilities across both B2C and B2B environments, while supporting a key migration from a legacy identity solution and enabling new customer-centric functionalities.

The Role
As a subject matter expert, you will work closely with business and project stakeholders to enhance and maintain SAP CDC solutions within a complex IT ecosystem. You’ll contribute to both ongoing operations and project-based initiatives, ensuring robust integrations and optimal use of customer identity data.

Responsibilities

  • Support the evolution and day-to-day management of SAP CDC and its integrations within the broader system landscape
  • Contribute to the implementation of CIAM capabilities for both B2C and B2B use cases
  • Participate in migration activities from existing identity management solutions to SAP CDC
  • Translate functional requirements into technical implementations and scalable solutions
  • Configure and manage key SAP CDC components such as user management, screensets, APIs, and authorization models
  • Ensure seamless integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems, including via SAP CPI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects impacting customer data and identity management
  • Promote best practices in governance, data usage, and operational excellence

Profile & Ideal Candidate

  • Recent hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Practical experience in CIAM topics such as B2C/B2B identity management, user management, APIs, and UI configuration
  • Knowledge of integrations within SAP ecosystems (e.g., SAP CPI), with exposure to SAP CRM or SAP S/4HANA considered a plus
  • Familiarity with GDPR-related processes in SAP environments is an advantage
  • Experience with tools such as ServiceNow and Jira is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align business perspectives
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in at least one local language and willingness to strengthen another
  • Availability for a hybrid working model, including on-site presence
