You combine in-depth SAP knowledge with a pragmatic, hands-on approach and actively contribute to knowledge sharing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

  • Support master data maintenance, system configuration, testing, and production deployments.
  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and hypercare activities.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, work instructions, and user guides.
  • Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Coordination

  • Coach and mentor colleagues within the functional support team.
  • Organize and prioritize the team's functional support workload.
  • Monitor service quality, response times, and agreed service levels.
  • Act as the functional point of contact for business stakeholders, IT, and external support partners.
  • Contribute to the development of a scalable support model across multiple international locations.
