SAP FI Functional Consultant

Function

Our client is looking for an SAP S/4HANA FI Consultant to support a global template rollout in an international environment. The consultant will focus on ensuring alignment between local financial requirements and the global SAP S/4HANA Finance template while maintaining compliance and standardization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze local finance requirements and evaluate alignment with the global template
• Configure and support SAP FI functionalities including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and Closing
• Support Document and Reporting Compliance activities
• Participate in data migration, reconciliation and validation activities
• Execute functional and integration testing
• Support UAT activities and defect resolution
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional SAP teams and integration partners
• Ensure local compliance requirements are implemented within template governance standards

Profile

• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA FI configuration experience
• Proven experience in template-based SAP rollouts
• Experience with SAP DRC and statutory finance processes
• Knowledge of Data Migration Cockpit and financial reconciliation activities
• Experience with IDoc integrations and interconnected SAP landscapes
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Able to work within governed international programs

• Languages: English professional proficiency required
• You'll work on a long term project (multi year)
• Able to work in Ghent, combined with 2 days of teleworking
