The Role
As a hands-on Project Manager, you will take ownership of one or more SAP CRM and customer data–related projects across ERP and corporate service environments. You will be accountable for the full project lifecycle—ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality standards—while working closely with cross-functional delivery teams and key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing end-to-end delivery of SAP CRM / CDC projects from initiation through closure

Defining scope, planning timelines, organizing resources, and controlling budgets

Coordinating SAP and non-SAP teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery

Monitoring performance, risks, issues, and dependencies across projects

Producing project dashboards, reports, and executive presentations

Applying standardized project governance, methodologies, and templates
-
Managing stakeholder communication and expectations at all levels

Promoting collaboration, professionalism, and a results-driven culture

Strong background in SAP Project Management within IT environments

Experience managing medium to large-scale projects with high complexity

Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Experience with tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow is a plus
Technical & Functional Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring a solid foundation in SAP customer experience solutions and related business domains.
Required experience:

SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA project delivery
-
SAP CX solutions (SAP CRM / SAP C4C / SAP CDC)

Customer data management and GDPR within CRM environments
-
Cross-system integrations using SAP PI / SAP CPI
-
Project methodologies such as PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile
-
Service management and/or lead-to-contract processes
-
Broad functional understanding across SAP modules is an advantage

10+ years’ experience as an IT Project Manager is preferred
Practical requirements:

Ability to work onsite at least 2 days per week

Fluency in either Dutch or French, plus professional-level English
