SAP S/4HANA Real Estate Specialist

Function

We're looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Real Estate Application Analyst to join our client's team and support the delivery of large-scale SAP transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA solutions with a strong focus on standard SAP functionality. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners, you will help ensure high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and real estate processes.

Role & Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical SAP solutions.
• Designing, configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA solutions with a focus on standard functionality.
• Configuring and customizing relevant SAP modules within the real estate domain.
• Performing unit testing, supporting system integration testing, and developing effective test scripts to ensure smooth production deployments.
• Providing application support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Preparing and maintaining functional and technical documentation.
• Challenging implementation approaches where necessary to ensure business processes are correctly implemented within the SAP S/4HANA landscape.

Technical Profile

We are looking for a senior SAP professional with extensive experience in SAP Real Estate solutions and SAP S/4HANA implementations.

You bring:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in SAP Real Estate solutions.
• Proven experience with at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation involving Contract and Lease Management (CLM).
• Experience leading or supporting at least one SAP S/4HANA data migration project.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Contract and Lease Management (CLM) and/or SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management).
• Experience integrating SAP with external systems and a solid understanding of interface design.
• Experience working independently with Jira.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end real estate business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Knowledge of additional SAP modules, particularly Record-to-Report (R2R), is considered an asset.

You are an analytical and solution-oriented SAP expert who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent stakeholder management skills.

You have:

• Experience with Planon Real Estate solutions.
• Experience with MyMCS Real Estate solutions.
• Knowledge of Trinergy Energy solutions is considered a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The confidence to challenge implementation partners and ensure best practices are applied throughout the project.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (minimum B2 level).
