Function

We’re looking for a Senior SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist to support our client's HRIS transformation roadmap. You will help drive the migration from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors EC, support new module implementations, and optimize existing HR solutions. This role calls for a mix of technical depth, functional HR expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Advising business stakeholders, identifying improvement opportunities and aligning HR application strategies
• Analyzing functional requirements and translating them into clear documentation and best-practice system designs
• Maintaining up-to-date functional documentation
• Suggesting sustainable, out-of-the-box SuccessFactors solutions across the entire suite
• Configuring and customizing SuccessFactors EC and related modules (LMS, ONB 2.0, REC, RMK, GMPM, People Analytics)
• Overseeing system setup, testing, validation and supporting go-lives
• Ensuring data integrity throughout migration and implementation phases
• Monitoring system performance and initiating enhancements
• Staying current with SuccessFactors innovations and supporting end-user enablement

Conformity Criteria

• 10+ years of relevant SuccessFactors experience in large, complex Belgian organizations (10,000+ employees)
• Proven implementation and support experience in: Onboarding, Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, Performance & Goals, Succession
• Required certifications:
– SuccessFactors Employee Central (Associate)
– SuccessFactors Recruiting (Associate)
– SuccessFactors Onboarding (Associate)
– SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (Professional)
• Experience with SAP HCM, specifically SAP LSO
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (minimum B2 for all three)
• Availability for minimum 3 days on site per week

• Solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Knowledge of integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party applications
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HR data models
