SAP SuccessFactors Specialist
Function
We're looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Specialist to support our client's large-scale HR digital transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the migration from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central, while contributing to the implementation of new modules and the optimization of existing solutions. You'll collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, best-practice SuccessFactors solutions that enhance HR operations across a complex enterprise environment.
The Role
As a SuccessFactors Specialist, you will act as both a technical expert and trusted advisor, ensuring HR business requirements are translated into effective system configurations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend sustainable, best-practice SuccessFactors solutions.
- Performing functional analysis, maintaining functional documentation, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Configuring and optimizing SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules, with a strong focus on Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding 2.0, Learning Management, Goal Management & Performance Management, and People Analytics.
- Supporting system configuration, testing, validation, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Ensuring data quality and integrity throughout migration and implementation activities.
- Monitoring system performance, driving continuous improvements, and keeping up to date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors innovations.
- Supporting end-user enablement through documentation and knowledge sharing.
Your Profile
We're looking for a consultant who brings strong technical expertise combined with an in-depth understanding of HR processes.
- 10+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors in large, complex enterprise environments (10,000+ employees).
- Proven experience implementing, maintaining, and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding.
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors migrations, including transitions from SAP HCM to Employee Central and migration of Recruitment and Onboarding solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, SuccessFactors data models, platform integrations, and interfaces with third-party applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- SAP SuccessFactors Associate certifications in Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding.
- Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English (minimum B2 level in all three languages).
- Willingness to work on-site in Brussels at least three days per week.
What Will Make You Stand Out
Experience with complex HR transformation programmes, enterprise-scale SuccessFactors implementations, and migrations involving Recruitment and Onboarding solutions will be highly valued. Additional expertise in integrating SuccessFactors with third-party platforms and supporting transitions towards alternative Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is considered a strong advantage.
