SAP Technical Expert
Function
We’re looking for an experienced SAP Technical Expert to join our client’s CRM technology landscape and play a pivotal role in the evolution of SAP CRM applications and related data flows. In this mission, you will act as a key contributor within the process and functional support domain, ensuring robust integrations, scalable developments, and high-quality technical delivery across the CRM ecosystem.
Role & Responsibilities
As a senior technical specialist, you will bridge functional needs and technical execution while maintaining architectural consistency across the platform. Your scope will include:

Designing and developing SAP CRM solutions, including custom enhancements and platform improvements

Translating functional requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs in close collaboration with analysts and developers

Managing interfaces between SAP CRM and legacy systems using SAP CPI, IDocs, and other integration technologies

Delivering end-to-end ownership of new developments, change requests, and bug fixes

Customizing SAP CRM and related applications

Diagnosing incidents, analysing change impacts, and designing sustainable solutions

Contributing to technical consolidation and continuous improvement of the existing environment

Acting as a technical point of contact for architecture stakeholders with a clear overview of the system landscape

Supporting SAP data services developments (web services, OData) and handling integration protocols such as SOAP, XML, JSON, and REST
Profile & Required Expertise
Our client is seeking a consultant with:

Minimum 8 years of project experience in SAP CRM
-
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAPUI5/Fiori development

Strong expertise in BSP Workbench, BOL/GENIL, CRM upgrade transactions
-
Advanced skills in ABAP (Workbench, ABAP OO, Workflow, IDoc, ALV Grid, WebDynpro)

Experience with ADT (Eclipse)

Proven knowledge of reusable code best practices and enterprise-grade development standards

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments

Fluency in English plus French and/or Dutch

Availability on-site in Brussels at least two days per week
