SAP Training Coordinator

Function

We're looking for an experienced Training Coordinator to support our client's large-scale SAP transformation initiatives. In this role, you'll play a key part in planning and coordinating training activities for a large end-user population, ensuring learning initiatives are aligned with project objectives and business needs. You'll work closely with business, IT, and change management stakeholders in a complex transformation environment, helping users prepare for new systems and processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate training activities throughout SAP implementation, migration, or transformation programs.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and change management teams to align training plans and delivery with project milestones.
• Support the planning, organization, and execution of learning activities for large user populations.
• Coordinate training logistics, communication, and related activities to ensure smooth delivery.
• Use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools to manage information, coordinate stakeholders, and support training operations.
• Ensure training activities are organized efficiently and meet the needs of the project and its end users.

Your Profile & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in training coordination, learning management, or training delivery management within SAP environments.
• At least one completed assignment as a Training Coordinator within an SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation program.
• At least 3 years of experience coordinating training activities for SAP programs involving 500 or more end users.
• At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint in a project or training coordination role.
• Strong understanding of SAP transformation environments and the challenges of delivering training at scale.
• Ability to work effectively across business, IT, and change management teams, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Practical Information

This is a long-term consulting opportunity offering the chance to contribute to a complex transformation initiative. On-site presence may be required up to five days per week, depending on business needs.
