SAP4i Project Manager
Function
We’re looking for a consultant to join our client’s international transformation team and play a key role in coordinating the rollout of a new enterprise solution and related organisational changes. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leads to ensure smooth alignment and successful delivery across multiple departments and entities. Role & Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator / Project Manager, you will support the delivery of a complex implementation program by ensuring strong coordination between business and technical teams. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating the implementation of a new enterprise solution and related organisational changes across several departments and entities of our client.

Facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to document current processes (As-Is) and analyse existing ways of working.

Organising demonstrations and workshops on existing tools and solutions to help the business understand current capabilities.

Monitoring requirements gathering activities and ensuring documentation is delivered by technical teams and validated by business stakeholders.

Facilitating sessions to align processes, procedures, organisational structures and roles.

Following development activities and all testing phases throughout the project lifecycle.

Aligning closely with the internal project leadership on timelines, budget, resources, risks and issues.

Planning and facilitating knowledge transfer to outsourcing partners.

Coordinating communication and training initiatives together with change management stakeholders.

Planning and managing go-live activities such as cut-over planning and hypercare support.

Managing external vendors and resources to ensure project schedules are respected.

Producing and maintaining project plans, progress reports and financial tracking.

Maintaining document control processes including change requests.

Ensuring data migration and data cleansing activities are properly coordinated.

Aligning with other project managers to manage dependencies, risks and go-live planning across the broader program.
Profile – The Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for a hands-on professional with strong coordination and communication skills who thrives in an international environment. The ideal candidate will bring:

5 to 8 years of professional experience in project coordination or project management.

Proven experience supporting enterprise solution implementations or transformation programs.

Strong understanding of business processes, enterprise technology landscapes and industry standards.

Experience working with multiple stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.

Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

A collaborative mindset with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.

Cultural awareness and experience working with international teams.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is considered an advantage.
Qualifications & Additional Assets

Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field; an MBA is an asset.

Experience with SAP implementations, integrations or rollouts is highly valued.
-
Exposure to Salesforce integrations is considered a plus.

Certification in Prince2, PMBOK or similar project management methodologies is an advantage.
-
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is beneficial.
-
Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred.
