Senior Agile Coach

Function

We're looking for an experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master to join our client's cybersecurity and continuity initiative. You’ll play a key role in a program focused on boosting the resilience of IT services and infrastructure—particularly in the context of cyber incidents and large-scale disaster recovery. As part of this high-stakes transformation, our client is building a new datacenter to host mission-critical systems under extreme circumstances.

Responsibilities

You’ll act as Scrum Master within the IT Continuity Squad, supporting the implementation and evolution of cybersecurity and resiliency solutions. You will:

• Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

• Ensure adherence to Agile methodology and help the team overcome obstacles to self-organization

• Track progress through KPIs, team velocity, and capacity metrics

• Manage sprint backlogs and support the Product Owner with prioritization and delivery alignment

• Foster collaboration across squads, tribes, and external stakeholders

• Coordinate interdependencies for backlog delivery items, ranging from feature development to strategic initiatives

• Promote continuous improvement through the squad’s roadmap

• Actively contribute to the internal Community of Practice for Scrum Masters

Role Scope

You’ll be involved in key resilience activities such as:

• Structuring and rolling out IT security frameworks, architectures, and tools

• Leading the setup and testing of failover capabilities in a new datacenter

• Managing operational security services and infrastructure

• Monitoring service effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement

• Supporting change, incident, and release management in the security domain

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone with a solid technical background and proven Agile expertise:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience, including in the cybersecurity domain (IAM, resiliency, cyber defense)

• Proficient in Scrum and Kanban frameworks

• Experienced with Agile tooling (e.g. Jira) and continuous integration/test automation environments

• Strong grasp of software development and project management principles

• Comfortable supporting cross-functional teams in a multicultural setting

• Excellent communication, coordination, and facilitation skills

• Analytical mindset and delivery-oriented attitude
