Function

We're looking for a talented consultant to join our client's team, where you will take a pivotal role in the design and delivery of a groundbreaking solution. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements and coordinating with all relevant stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

• Define comprehensive architecture covering ingestion, storage, metadata management, RAG/LLM flows, search engines, and validation tools.
• Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans, incorporating risks, KPIs, and prioritization.
• Guide AI/ML and engineering teams throughout the implementation phase.
• Integrate compliance standards such as GDPR, EU AI Act, and ISO 42001 into the solution design.
• Ensure technical decisions align with user experience expectations.
• Lead technical decision-making workshops and arbitration sessions.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 15+ years of experience in architecture, digital transformation, or enterprise project delivery.
• Proven expertise in AI solution deployment, specifically in LLM/RAG architectures and cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, particularly in Azure, and compliance standards like GDPR and ISO 42001.
• Solid knowledge of SharePoint migrations and enterprise data structuring.
• Exceptional leadership skills for guiding multidisciplinary teams and translating technical jargon into business strategies.
• Experience with Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies.

Fluency in both Dutch and French is required, with English as a strong plus. A minimum on-site presence of 2 days per week will be expected to foster collaboration and alignment among the teams.
