Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Analyst Programmer to join their team. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business experts and developers, delivering high-quality analyses to drive impactful solutions. Your background in development will empower you to translate complex financial requirements into clear, actionable outputs, making you an essential contributor to the team.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business experts to analyze financial processes and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Evaluate and remodel existing functionalities with a critical, improvement-focused mindset.
• Prepare clear, structured Jira tickets for developers, enabling efficient implementation.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and optimize for cost-efficiency, scalability, performance, and maintainability in your analyses.
• Act as a key player in a Scrum environment by shaping epics, stories, and contributing to sprints.
• Participate in testing to guarantee the quality of delivered solutions.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Analyst Programmer with a strong background in development.
• Expertise in SQL and familiarity with PLSQL (a plus).
• Experience with creating intuitive and high-performance user interfaces using tools like Balsamiq.
• Knowledge of UX design and relational databases, ensuring user-friendly solutions.
• Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; understanding of both national languages is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodology; Scrum Master experience is a plus.
