Senior Application Architect

We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's dynamic development team. In this role, you will collaborate on various projects, utilizing your expertise to drive innovation and achieve client objectives.

Responsibilities and Role

The successful candidate will not only possess strong technical skills but also have a proven track record in leading Java developer groups. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and delegating tasks among team members while managing code review activities.
• Identifying opportunities for enhancements in existing applications and designing architectures for new developments.
• Understanding business needs and establishing a coherent architectural vision across different domains.
• Integrating seamlessly within an existing team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Technical Proficiencies

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in the following technologies:

• Java EE - 10 years of experience
• RDBMS - SQL - JPA - 10 years of experience
• WS REST - 8 years of experience
• OAuth Security - 3 years of experience
• Angular - 5 years of experience
• Spring - 5 years of experience

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The candidate must demonstrate excellent abilities in various areas, including:

• Abstract thinking to propose improvements and designs.
• Strong comprehension of business requirements.
• Fluency in English and Dutch, with a minimum understanding of the secondary national language.
• Nationality: Belgian citizenship is required due to specific legal project obligations.
