Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s team and play a key role in the processing of commercial messages delivered to customers via mobile applications and email. As the bridge between IT and Business, you will ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders while contributing to the continuous development and improvement of the existing framework. You will be the go-to person for project oversight and follow-up, ensuring a seamless alignment between business needs and IT solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and are well-integrated within the organization by collaborating with IT architects, technical experts, and business analysts.
• Conduct feasibility studies, exploring alternative approaches while assessing scope, budget, time-to-market, and execution potential.
• Contribute to the roadmap for future framework extensions, including tool positioning and real-time evolution, and translate this into actionable solutions.
• Take responsibility for end-to-end testing and ensure successful project implementation.
• Document data deliverables and transfer relevant insights to the Data Maintenance Team after project completion.

Your Profile

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Experience in bridging communication between technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and feasibility studies.
• A proactive mindset, capable of managing multiple projects and aligning different teams.
• Experience in working with commercial messaging solutions or customer engagement platforms is a plus.
