Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership across all phases of the project lifecycle. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that agreed principles are upheld while remaining pragmatic when necessary. You’ll support the delivery of impactful solutions by analyzing complex processes and translating business needs into actionable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams

• Facilitating requirement gathering sessions and aligning expectations

• Translating data into strategic recommendations through analysis and modeling

• Ensuring compliance with software development standards, including security requirements

• Contributing to change management by measuring impact and value delivery

• Navigating within existing organizational practices while introducing improvements

Your Profile

We're looking for someone who brings:

• At least 10 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in IT-intensive environments

• A proven track record in process optimization and successful project delivery

• Experience with data analysis tools and translating insights into business strategy

• Strong abstraction, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean

• Expertise in process modeling (UML Activity Diagrams, BPMN) and tools like Visio or Jira

• A solid grasp of data modeling and requirements engineering
