Senior Business Analyst

Function

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic multi-year digital transformation program.

The organization operates a central platform for managing member data, contributions, financial transactions and reporting. As part of an ongoing modernization initiative, an existing legacy system is being migrated to a new modular platform while additional functionalities are being developed.

The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business and IT, ensuring clear functional analysis and consistent processes across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business processes (member contributions, settlements, payments, corrections, etc.) into clear functional specifications.

• Define user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with domain experts, product owners, developers and testers.

• Support testing activities, including functional testing and user acceptance testing.

• Validate data migrations and financial calculations.

• Maintain functional documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.

• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, data flows and reporting.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex or regulated environments (e.g. financial, social or public sector).

• Strong skills in process analysis and data modeling.

• Experience with ERP-like platforms, data migrations and system integrations.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and collaboration platforms.

• Experience with ticketing or lifecycle tools such as Azure DevOps is a plus.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Professional proficiency in Dutch and French.
