Senior Business Analyst

We're looking for a skilled consultant to join our client's dynamic team, specializing in the Purchase to Pay Ecosystem. This role plays a crucial part in supporting various business functions, ensuring that processes operate smoothly and effectively for all stakeholders involved.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the squad, you will work within an Agile framework to facilitate business continuity and manage various features and enhancements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Gathering, analyzing, and consolidating the needs of diverse internal and external stakeholders to identify pain points.
• Collaborating with experts to define product concepts, detailed processes, and functional architecture.
• Setting acceptance criteria for the features and tasks you lead.
• Working with the Product Owner and development team to ensure all necessary information is available during feature refinement.
• Facilitating business and user testing while assisting in organizing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Continuously challenging and improving processes to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and compliance.
• Creating and maintaining clear documentation for uniform execution and incident resolution.
• Reviewing documentation periodically to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in several key areas:

• Strong knowledge of SAP Cost Accounting is mandatory.
• Familiarity with procurement, Purchase to Pay, and E-Invoicing regulations.
• Experience in Agile methodology is preferred but not required.
