The Role & Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

• Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and translated into effective solutions.
• Analyse and optimise business processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements while supporting project delivery throughout the full lifecycle.
• Apply and promote Agile ways of working, with experience in frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
• Support data-driven decision-making by analysing information and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
• Monitor adherence to agreed development and security standards while contributing to change management initiatives and evaluating business impact.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with excellent interpersonal skills and thrives in collaborative environments. You bring:

• At least 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a proven track record in IT projects and process optimisation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align complex business requirements across different teams.
• Experience in data analysis and data modelling, as well as knowledge of requirements engineering.
• Hands-on experience with process modelling methodologies and tools such as BPMN, UML Activity Diagrams, Visio, and Jira.
• A customer-focused mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a pragmatic approach to delivering results.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
